The “Free Flight” Mural
The exterior of the NOMAD residential complex has been transformed by a large-scale mural that redefines the building’s architectural identity. This project, covering 40 square meters, was completed in a record time of just 2 days.
Artistic Concept
The composition featuring a pair of soaring swallows symbolizes dynamism, freedom, and the comfort of home — perfectly aligning with the complex’s philosophy.
- Volume and Depth: Precise shadow work creates a striking 3D effect. The birds appear to lift off the wall, adding a sense of movement and depth to the facade.
- Color Harmony: Deep blues and warm ochre tones provide a sophisticated contrast against the light exterior, making the artwork bold yet aesthetically integrated.
The Mural as a Marketing Asset
This work serves as more than just decoration; it is a powerful advertising tool:
- Visual Landmark: The massive art piece makes the building instantly recognizable, setting it apart from competitors and catching the eye of potential clients.
- Social Media Magnet: High-quality murals become “Instagrammable” spots, generating organic social media reach and increasing the project’s prestige.
- Value Boost: Professional street art enhances the property’s aesthetic value and highlights the developer’s modern, creative approach.
Technical Excellence
- Durability: The project utilized specialized, high-grade architectural paints engineered for longevity. These paints are highly resistant to UV fading and harsh weather conditions, ensuring the mural remains vibrant for years to come.
- Speed & Scale: Executing 40 square meters in just 2 days demonstrates a high level of technical expertise and efficiency.
