“Urban Jungle” — A Sanctuary for IT Professionals

In an environment defined by high-pressure sedentary work and constant digital noise, employees need a true “reset.” This lounge was transformed into an immersive tropical rainforest, where every element is designed to alleviate stress.

Concept and Atmosphere:

• Total Immersion: The mural wraps around all walls, offering a panoramic view of misty jungles, a serene lake, and exotic flora.

• Seamless Integration: Live plants and a lush green ceiling are harmoniously integrated into the artwork, blurring the line between the painting and reality.

• Purpose-Driven Design: The space is curated for use with massage chairs and ambient music. The soft greens and deep blue tones are specifically chosen to reduce eye strain and soothe the nervous system after hours of coding.

• Hidden Details: Jungle inhabitants—a panther and a snake—are tucked into the foliage, adding depth to the narrative while maintaining a calm color palette to preserve the room’s tranquility.

Technical Details:

• Timeline: 7 days of meticulous work. A significant portion of this time was dedicated to creating smooth fog gradients and layering the dense vegetation to achieve a “living” forest effect.

• Materials: Consistent with the rest of the office, only eco-friendly paints were used. This ensures the air quality remains high in an enclosed space designed for frequent staff rotation.

The Result:

We have created a space where a developer can escape monitors, code, and deadlines for 15 minutes, transporting themselves into the heart of the wild. It is the perfect blend of biophilic design and interior art.
